The Registered Nurse will oversee patient care services, assess patient conditions, and document changes in accordance with clinical policies. They are responsible for administering medications, executing physician orders, and coordinating care delivery with subordinate staff.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing school and hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. The role requires adherence to state and federal regulations and proficiency in EMR documentation.

Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. May administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan. Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff. Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
