The Traveling Associate Dentist provides high-quality clinical care across multiple studios, managing a dynamic schedule of operative procedures and comprehensive exams. They collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure consistent patient experiences and drive production through proactive treatment planning.
Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree, an active dental license in DC and VA, and at least 2 years of post-residency experience. Proficiency in modern digital dental workflows and Invisalign certification are required.

Whether covering PTO, supporting leaves, or helping maintain continuity in open roles, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive consistent, high-quality care across the Tend network.
