Direct Support Provider, Full time Support Night, Sunwood Home, Thief River Falls, MN

Essential Duties Include

• Read, comprehend, and follow each person served’s program related plans and procedures.
• Deliver support to the person served on principles of person-centered services.
• Administer CPR/First Aid when needed.
• Chart daily program information.
