Provide supervision, care, and safety to individuals, assisting with daily living activities such as medication management, meal preparation, and cleaning. Maintain accurate daily program documentation and follow person-centered service plans.
Must be at least 17 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and pass a DHS background clearance. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
As a Direct Support Provider, you will provide supervision, care and safety to individuals being served that include, but are not limited to, areas of daily living, recreation, community orientation, medication management, meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. Starting wage is $11.41 per hour.
