The pharmacy technician is responsible for the accurate preparation of sterile IV products and chemotherapy agents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. They also manage medication inventory, assist with 340B operations, and collaborate with oncology pharmacists to ensure efficient patient care.
Candidates must hold a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and have at least two years of experience in an inpatient or infusion pharmacy setting. A high school diploma is required, and experience with Epic/Beacon software is preferred.
