Lund’s Regional Partnership Program (RPP) seeks a dedicated and driven Case Manager to support families, create meaningful change, and address substance use challenges in our communities. RPP Case Managers work out of local DCF Family Services offices to improve the well-being and permanency outcomes of children affected by parental substance misuse.

By increasing access to and participation in treatment, RPP Case Managers provide support at the individual level and across the broader care system, ensuring families receive the help they need to thrive.
