The RN provides professional nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and discharging patients. They partner with patients and families to develop care plans and document education appropriately.
An Associate's or Diploma in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's in Nursing needed within 5 years for new graduates. Candidates must also have a Michigan RN license and various certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
