The Direct Support Professional will encourage positive relationship building and promote independence among individuals. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, and participating in community activities.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a valid Michigan driver's license. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and become certified in CPR/First Aid.
