The Dental Assistant provides chairside support to dental providers during procedures and maintains the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and operatories. They are also responsible for seating patients, recording vital signs, and managing dental laboratory tasks.
Candidates must have completed a dental assisting program and possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong written, verbal, and technical skills are required to perform clinical and administrative dental duties.
Possesses specific knowledge and training in the practice of dental assisting typically acquired through completion of a dental assisting program.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
