Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human service field and possess at least two years of experience in behavioral health care. A valid Florida driver's license and current CPR certification are also required.

Position responsibilities
Maintain and order supplies and forms (revising departmental forms when necessary).
Assist with clerical functions, ensuring thorough, accurate, well-organized, accessible documentation.
Coordinate as needed with staff in the HIM department, and Radiology/Imaging regarding the process to release information for releasing films on CD’s for patients and subpoenas as needed.
Follow departmental policies and procedures.
Demonstrates good judgment and an ability to organize work to obtain maximum quality and efficiency.

Assist the AVP for Ancillary Services with the tracking process of the transmittal workflow, contracts, and invoices.

Assists with meetings by preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and transcribing minutes of meetings into an appropriate format within five workdays of the date the meeting was held.
Assist with typing, gathering, duplicating, and assembling materials to be covered in various meetings
Reports to work on time and is ready to work with minimal absenteeism.
Answer telephone, take accurate and legible messages, and route telephone calls and messages to the appropriate person.
Presents a clean, neat appearance according to CHI Guidelines.
Pick up and distribute mail from the mailroom.
Adhere to Departmental Policies and Procedures.
Knowledgeable of the workflow of the Ancillary Services Departments assigned to AVP for Ancillary Services and provide clerical support in those areas as needed.
