The sonographer performs non-invasive vascular and echocardiography ultrasound procedures while maintaining excellent patient care. They also act as an educational resource for clients and participate in research and clinical procedures.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited ultrasound program or have equivalent experience with an ARDMS registry. They are required to have at least one year of experience in the respective modality and possess strong communication skills.
The Heart and Vascular sonographers perform non-invasive ultrasound in the modalities of vascular and echocardiography. They develop client relationships through excellent patient care. They act as an educational resource to clients, providing quality and value to all aspects of services. The Sonographer will be able to participate in research and in procedures and will work in a supportive environment and be extensively trained on our protocols and standards while working on the latest equipment and technology.
