The occupational therapist will evaluate, create treatment plans, and implement therapy regimes for pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. They are also responsible for accurate documentation of treatment progress and effective communication with families and referral sources.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. A current occupational therapy license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
This position is full time working with pediatric patients in an Outpatient Therapy setting. We require 2 later days until 6pm but can be flexible on which days you choose.
Current occupational therapy license in the state of Wisconsin.
