Sign-On Bonus for External applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students only About the Practice Our colorectal surgery practice is a high‑performing, collaborative team of 8 surgeons and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs) who work seamlessly across both the clinic and hospital settings.
We provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of colorectal concerns, including bowel resections, colon and rectal cancers, and acute and chronic rectal conditions.
Our team is deeply committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care through strong interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical excellence, and mutual support.

Colorectal Surgery MAs: The Medical Assistant supports providers in a busy colorectal surgery clinic by rooming patients, assisting with in-office procedures, and managing provider-patient assignments to ensure efficient clinic flow.
Responsibilities include preparing patients and exam rooms, obtaining vitals and histories, assisting during procedures using sterile technique, documenting in the EMR, and supporting patient comfort and safety.
The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
