The Foster Care Case Manager monitors the placement, treatment, and activities of youth in foster care while providing coaching and crisis intervention to families. They are responsible for coordinating case management services and maintaining linkages to community programs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field and possess at least two years of direct care or case management experience. A valid driver's license and access to a personal automobile are required for the role.

Earn $19.15/hr.
This position is responsible for monitoring the placement, treatment and activities related to foster care assigned caseload and foster parents. This role may work with both Host Home and Foster Care Plus Youth. This role coaches/counsels’ individuals/families within their caseload and provides crisis intervention.

Case sessions are primarily delivered in the community (client homes, schools, etc.), case management can be in an office environment or community. May at times be required to work evenings and/or weekends to meet the needs of the clients. This position requires on-call coverage.
