The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and performing interventions to improve functionality and safety in a home health setting. They must also coordinate care with the health care team and educate patients and families on therapeutic activities.
Candidates must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license and registration from the state and have completed an accredited Occupational Therapist program. The role requires the ability to work with patients of all ages and a self-motivated approach to independent practice.
