The Physical Therapist evaluates patient function, develops and implements goal-specific treatment plans, and provides ongoing patient and caregiver education. They also supervise support staff, manage assigned cases, and ensure documentation compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within one month of hire.
May be eligible for sign on bonus up to $10,000 This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant, Athletic Trainers and Aides. Activities of this position are patient focused and utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in accordance with physical therapy standards, physician orders, and governing policies and procedures.
