The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for medication administration and maintaining accurate, timely documentation of resident care. They must communicate effectively with physicians and families while supervising and monitoring the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of nursing and hold a current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing. The role requires an experienced professional capable of managing resident health changes and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
