The Medical Assistant II provides direct patient care, assists with clinical procedures, and supports licensed staff in a clinical environment. They also perform clerical duties, manage patient records, and ensure the efficient delivery of healthcare services.
Candidates must hold a current medical assistant certification or relevant paramedic/EMT certification and obtain an RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential within 30 days of hire. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting patients and standing for long periods in a 24/7 healthcare setting.
