The Pharmacy Technician assists pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including intravenous admixtures and unit dosages. They also perform medication reconciliation by interviewing patients and families to document histories for treatment planning.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and obtain CPHT certification within six months of hire. Additionally, Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration is required by June 28, 2026.
