The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing systematic patient assessments and managing admissions or transfers. They must also ensure accurate documentation in EPIC and interpret diagnostic data to provide effective patient care.
Candidates must hold a valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess a BLS certification. A BSN degree or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred.
Receive admissions and/or transfers Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Instruct and counsel patients/families
Minimum Qualifications: Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS required at hire
