The caregiver is responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, medication management, and light housekeeping. They must also monitor client conditions and report any changes or emergencies to the appropriate medical professionals and family members.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a current CPR certification from the American Heart Association. While previous experience is preferred, the role requires strong communication skills, physical endurance, and a compassionate bedside manner.
