The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive medical care for terminally ill patients, including assessments, diagnostic interpretation, and individualized care plans. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage symptoms and educate families on end-of-life care.
Candidates must hold a current Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license and have a degree from an accredited program. A minimum of two years of RN experience is required, with preference given to those with hospice or palliative care experience.
