The LPN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support the health and independence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical documentation, assisting with daily living activities, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Tennessee LPN license and possess a valid driver's license. Additionally, the role requires the ability to obtain BLS and Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certifications within the specified timeframes.
Licensed practical nurse (Lpn) – $2,500 sign-On bonus 💙
