This clinician is responsible for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team and community professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and have at least two years of experience serving children and families. An LMSW license is required within one year of hire, and LCSW is preferred.
This position is accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, case consultation with the health care team and collaboration with other professionals in the community. Reports to the Manager of Child & Family Support Services
