Locations
The Registered Nurse will provide personalized routine and wellness care, administer medications, and perform treatments according to physician orders. They are also responsible for monitoring patient conditions, maintaining infection control protocols, and documenting care in the EMR.
Candidates must hold an active state nursing license and current CPR certification. A minimum of six months of relevant nursing experience is required.

Adhere to guidelines in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices Administer medications and perform treatments per orders Monitor conditions and adjust care to ensure patient safety and comfort Maintain infection control protocols Document thoroughly in the EMR Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to develop holistic plans of care Thoroughly explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and family members Requirements: Active state licensure Current CPR certification At least six months of relevant experience A passion for caring for seniors #LI-SA1 Oak Crest is a beautiful 87-acre continuing care retirement community in Parkville, MD.
