The Clinical Dietitian will provide direct patient care through in-person and virtual appointments, including nutritional counseling and management of enteral/parenteral nutrition orders. They are also responsible for developing educational materials, managing clinic workflows, and precepting dietetic interns.
Candidates must hold a baccalaureate degree in a nutrition-related field and be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for registration. A valid North Carolina Board of Dietetics and Nutrition license is required, along with completion of a supervised dietetic internship.

Duke Weight Loss Surgery Center - 3480 Wake Forest Rd
We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian in our Duke Weight Loss Surgery Center located in Raleigh, NC to be an integral member of the healthcare team to provide direct and indirect care to patients.This position is based in an outpatient clinical setting and involves a combination of group education sessions and one-on-one patient care, both in-person and telehealth.
One year in an acute care environment preferred; experience may be waived for specific positions.
At least 5 years of clinical experience or at least 3 years' clinical experience plus an approved, nutrition related certification.
The schedule for this position would be day shifts Monday to Friday.
