Deliver care to patients in an outpatient dialysis center while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and conduct patient observations.
An Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. Dialysis experience is mandatory, and experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is beneficial but not required.
12+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year Current RN license and CPR certification Charge RN readiness approval required ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Comfortable traveling to all facilities within the region. Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
