The CRNA will administer anesthesia, monitor patient vital signs, and collaborate with surgeons to ensure optimal care during surgical procedures. They are also responsible for conducting pre-anesthetic assessments, managing post-anesthesia recovery, and documenting patient care.
Candidates must hold a valid CRNA certification, state licensure, and an associate degree in nursing or a related field. Proficiency in anesthesia administration, clinical assessment, and familiarity with EMR systems like Epic are required.

As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering anesthesia services, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with a team of healthcare providers. Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures Monitor patients' vital signs throughout the surgical process Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations Document anesthesia care and maintain accurate patient records Manage post-anesthesia recovery and address any complications Educate patients and families about anesthesia processes and safety Stay updated on best practices and advancements in anesthesia care
Valid CRNA certification and state licensure Associate degree in Nursing or related field Experience in anesthesia administration and patient care Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety
Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts
1:5 weekend call and 1:10 weekday call, 12-hour shifts
135 beds, 7 ORs running daily, and surgery center onsite
Everything except hearts and heads, including general, OB, GI, orthopedics, critical care, robotics, endo, cath lab, trauma
Must be comfortable with ultrasound-guided blocks and ICU cases
Must be comfortable with epidurals, spinals, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial lines, central lines, and epidural blood patch
Will practice independently
