The Supports Coordinator serves as an advocate and resource broker for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include developing Individual Plans of Service, coordinating care, and facilitating community connections.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and at least one year of experience supporting individuals with I/DD. A valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation for extensive travel are also required.

The Supports Coordinator - Adults serves as the primary advocate and resource broker for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role ensures access to community resources, entitlements, and supports that promote independence, self-determination, and quality of life. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Individual Plans of Service (IPOS), coordinating care, and fostering community connections.
