Caregivers assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while maintaining a clean and safe environment. They are also responsible for documenting resident progress and building strong relationships with residents and their families.
Candidates must have previous experience in personal care or a related field and possess a compassionate, patient demeanor. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and strong communication skills are required.
