Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes to address their full scope of health needs. Build meaningful one-on-one connections while helping patients achieve progress in their daily life and recovery.
Requires a current nursing license and at least one year of nursing experience, with home health and OASIS experience preferred. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
