The Qualified Medication Aide provides basic care to patients and assists with their daily activities. They are responsible for administering medications, documenting patient information, and reporting changes in patient conditions to the nursing team.
Candidates must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide in the State of Indiana and have successfully completed the required training courses and practicum. Experience in long-term care is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
