The Direct Support Professional provides hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities to individuals in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, health monitoring, meal preparation, and facilitating community participation.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
