The Qualified Medication Aide provides basic patient care and assists with daily activities. They are responsible for administering medications, documenting patient conditions, and reporting changes to the nursing team.
Candidates must be certified in the State of Indiana as a Qualified Medication Aide and C.N.A. Experience in long-term care is preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
