The Case Manager provides casework services, advocacy, and supportive counseling to clients within the Holocaust Survivor Program. They are responsible for conducting intakes, managing care plans, and maintaining accurate case documentation in the program's data system.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred. Candidates must be bilingual in Russian and English and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Provide casework services and advocate for clients in the Holocaust Survivor Program.
$54,000 - $66,400 per year commensurate with experience and educational credentials.
