The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform skilled nursing tasks such as wound and catheter care. They are also responsible for monitoring resident conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Candidates must hold a current, valid LPN license and have graduated from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program. Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing is preferred, along with strong clinical and communication skills.
