The Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate high-quality clinical care, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans for residents. They are also responsible for supervising staff, communicating with families and physicians, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and valid CPR certification. A minimum of six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred, along with a degree from an accredited nursing school.
