Provides patient care and related activities under the direction of a licensed therapist. Ensures residents are treated with dignity and respect while complying with company policies and facility standards.
Requires graduation from an accredited assistant program and current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. A high school diploma or equivalent is also mandatory.

Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants High school diploma or equivalent required.
