The Personal Care Attendant provides direct care and training to clients based on person-centered plans, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care. They are also responsible for maintaining adaptive equipment, documenting medications, and transporting clients to community activities.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, though it is preferred rather than required. A valid Connecticut driver's license is mandatory for the role.
