Our Phoenix Skilled Nursing Office is seeking newly graduated Licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

We are currently hiring for our July-August 2026 Nurse Residency Cohorts.

All May and June Cohorts are full.

• What You’ll Do
• Provide one-on-one care with a client near you
• Follow and document physician orders
• Perform assessments and monitor conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
• Deliver care independently in a home setting

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited RN program within the last 12 months (based on graduation date, not RN license date).
• Active RN license (by start date)

• Compensation
• $32-35/hour (graduated pay scale during residency)
