The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for resident care activities under the direction of a Professional Registered Nurse, ensuring supervision and support for residents in daily living activities. They also monitor residents' health status and coordinate care with physicians and families.
Candidates must have a current NY state Practical Nurse Licensure and a minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in gerontology. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with various stakeholders are essential.

$29.00 - $35.20 / Hourly (Pay information will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position.) **Generous shift differential offered for evenings, nights and weekends.

Current NY state Practical Nurse Licensure. Minimum one year clinical experience, preferably in gerontology. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must have effective social and communication skills, need to be flexible and willing to adapt to change. Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and the general public. Adult CPR Certified. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
