The LVN will perform nursing care duties, including administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting changes in resident status. They will also supervise nurse aides and coordinate with the medical team to ensure adherence to physician orders and service plans.
Candidates must hold a current Texas licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform various physical tasks such as bending, walking, and standing for the majority of the shift.
