The Medication Aide is responsible for administering routine medications in compliance with state regulations and providing personal care to residents. They work under the direction of nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care is delivered.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification. Strong communication skills and an understanding of the aging process are required to follow individualized care plans effectively.
