The LPN Health and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical care and support to residents within a community setting. They will facilitate health programs and ensure a high standard of hospitality and comfort for residents and their families.
Candidates must hold a valid LPN license to practice. The role requires a commitment to providing compassionate care and supporting the overall health and wellness of residents.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
