Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide crisis stabilization and clinical support to adolescents in an inpatient setting. Facilitate a safe community alternative and provide supervision during both awake and sleeping hours.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working with youth or adolescents. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is accepted.
Hospital Diversion Program of NFI Vermont is a short-term inpatient facility for adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. Our skilled trauma-informed team of mental health workers provide our residents with crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, and individual treatment planning in a small and safe setting. We are looking for dynamic relief mental health workers to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level position with a flexible schedule offering day, overnight, and weekend shifts.
$20.50 - $23.00 per hour
