Program Advisor/Direct Support Professional- PRN

• CPARC is hiring a PRN Direct Support Professional to provide appropriate support to individuals with intellectual and development disabilities in their homes and the community.
• These members of the team take pride in assisting individuals with day to day tasks such as: household maintenance, transportation, administration of medications, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and more.
• Personal care may be required.
• The starting rate for a PRN is $17.12 per hour plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for some hours worked.
• Hours will vary based on the needs of the program.
• A PRN will have no set schedule and will be contacted to cover various shifts based on their availability.

Requirements

A high school diploma or its equivalent required. Experience in social services field preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license. Must be physically able to care for individuals living at assigned programs. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
