The technician is responsible for collecting and processing laboratory specimens across all age populations while ensuring proper patient identification. They must organize workflow, perform routine equipment maintenance, and deliver specimens to appropriate laboratory sections within set timeframes.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. One year of related position experience is preferred.
