Job description

Scope of Work Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
In addition, they will also participate and complete all required components of structured residency program.
Summary of Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program Preferred Master's Degree 6 months of relevant experience Preferred LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
