The Home Hospital RN provides high-acuity skilled nursing care directly in patients' homes, including conducting assessments and developing care plans. They coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and document patient progress using AI-assisted tools.
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Florida RN license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. While home health experience is preferred, it is not strictly required for this role.
