Hiring Home Health Aide's in West Union area and surrounding areas outside of Adams County.

Position Essential

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Providing personal care to include: a. Baths, Showers, Bed Baths, Sponge Baths b. Oral hygiene c. Shampoos d. Changing bed linens e. Assisting patients with dressing/undressing and grooming f. Assisting the patient with toileting activities g. Keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly

1. Doing patient’s laundry, cleaning and meal preparations

Qualifications

• and Requirements:
• Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility in the past 2 years
• Minimum of 1 years experience
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Candidates must complete and pass a written Competency evaluation.
• Candidates must complete a skills assessment.
• Able to independently lift 25lbs.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and documents care given.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impaired.
• Demonstrate tact, patience, and good personal hygiene
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
