The Behavioral Health Clinician III provides counseling, case management, and education to clients with mental health and substance use disorders. They are responsible for diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with community partners to support client rehabilitation.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health or human services field and possess a current Washington state mental health associate license. At least two years of experience in the direct treatment of individuals with mental illness or emotional disturbance is required.

New hires for this position typically start between $29.12 and $38.83 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
